So for 7 months I pretty much stopped going out to eat, maybe once a week max. I also started going to the gym like 2-3 days a week in comparison to my 0 times a week this was a big improvement. I’m also on a 600-800 calorie a day meal plan. I say no to any desert like food. It isnt fun but being a lot smaller is a lot more fun then food.
